It's a nice company and all, but you've really got to start wondering about whether that's good for everyone involved, monopoly and all.Other sites are trying to catch up, many offering seach-and-win programmes (really!), but you've gotta admit that early-mover advantage was lost when they kept giving us stupid responses to our queries.
